Through selling tickets & the kind donations of our visitors, Seaton Tramway, as a registered charity, aims to further repair, maintain and enhance the much-loved features of our historic electric trams, stations & track. With your help, we can continue to provide a unique experience as we journey through the unspoilt countryside along the beautiful Axe Valley.

No refunds given unless the event or service is cancelled by us.
Seaton Tramway reserves the right to alter, curtail or cancel services without notice and shall not be liable for any loss or delay, however caused. In the event of complete cancellation of all services on the day, full refunds will be available.

Making A Purchase From our Shop
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy by putting them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for further details to fulfil your order.
We accept payment by credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Delta, Electron and Solo.
When we receive your order, we will email you with an order confirmation. A despatch note will then be sent out with your order. If we are no longer able to supply a particular product or there is a price change, we will contact you first.
If you make a mistake placing your order, simply call or email us and we will be happy to help you to rectify your order.
Shipping And Handling
Postage and packaging charges are included in the price of shop items to the UK:
- For EU countries, there is a standard charge of £10.00
- Rest of the World is charged at £20.00
Delivery Schedule
Items are dispatched once full payment is received. We will normally send your order to you within 5 working days.
Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will place it on backorder for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT will be added to the invoice. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card transactions are processed via Secure Trading, giving you complete confidence in your transaction.
DOGS
Seaton Tramway is proud to be a dog-friendly attraction. Dogs are welcome in our cafe and shops, and can ride on our trams for a flat rate of £2 each way. Dogs however are not permitted on the top deck of our double-decker trams. Also please note that Seaton Wetlands is a no dog area, so we cannot allow dogs to leave the trams at this stop.
REGISTERED ASSISTANCE DOGS
Assistance Dogs can travel with us at no charge, however please note due to Health and Safety reasons they are not permitted to travel on the upper deck of double-decker trams. Access to Seaton Wetlands from the trams at Wetlands Halt is permitted for assistance dogs.

Returns Policy
All returns must be sent to Seaton Tramway, Riverside Depot, Harbour Road, Seaton, Devon EX12 2NQ. Full instructions for this are included on the despatch note which accompanies your order. This will ensure that we can action your request as quickly as possible. You have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 working days after receipt of goods. Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk
Online Competitions
The prize draw is operated by Seaton Tramway and by entering any online competition across any platform; you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entrant under 18 should ask their parent or guardian to enter the prize draw on their behalf. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition. The prize consists of one prize –
A family ticket admitting up to four guests to Seaton Tramway on the day outlined in the competition. Travel and accommodation are not included. To enter the prize draw, entrants must i) ‘like’ the post announcing this competition on the Seaton Tramway Facebook page, ii) leave a comment on the post and iii) ‘like’ the Seaton Tramway Page. All entries should be of a suitable and appropriate manner, any offensive or defamatory comments will be disqualified. The winner will be selected randomly and notified through social media and asked to send us a personal message with contact details, we will not be held responsible for failure to communicate this with us in time to visit. The prize holds no cash value and therefore cannot be sold, exchanged or refunded. Winners’ consent that Seaton Tramway will disclose the name of the winner and may request to take pictures of the winners to use for subsequent social media post. We reserve the right to withdraw the competition and alter the terms and conditions at any time.
