Event Terms & Conditions

Star Wars: A New Hope is 2hr 1mins long.

Rated: U and is suitable for audiences of all ages
A U film should be suitable for audiences aged four years and over, although it is impossible to predict what might upset any particular child.

FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT, WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDANCE BELOW:

• Event capacity is for 350 (including volunteers and vendors). Once capacity is reached, no further entry will be permitted.

• Please present ticket upon entry. Tickets will be checked at entrance points on the night.

• Bring something to sit on (blanket or picnic chair)

• In the event of bad weather, the event will go ahead - please check the forecast and come prepared. Event will only be cancelled in the case of extreme weather conditions.

• Please note that it can turn chilly in the evenings, so please make sure you bring suitable clothing.

• It is recommended that you bring a torch to provide localised lighting.

• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the site.

• Please take note of event signage for the public entrance gates.

• NO naked flames, BBQ’s, gas stoves or candles.

• NO tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures.

• NO dogs or pets (except guide dogs).

• Once the film performance begins, please respect other audience members and do not hamper their viewing experience.

• Please follow the Steward instructions, where applicable.

• Designated First Aiders will be on site. If you become unwell, please contact your nearest Steward.

• If you wish to smoke, including e-cigarettes, you need to leave the gardens. You will be readmitted afterwards. Please be courteous of other audience members.

• Please place all rubbish into the bins provided or take it away with you.

• NO umbrellas are permitted during the screening (except at the discretion of the organisers).

• Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at

  Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification.

• Please note the commercial vendors onsite may only accept credit/debit cards.

• Please drink responsibly. NO alcohol will be available for purchase on site.

• Glass is not permitted onsite – please ensure all drinks are in plastic/cans and consumed from plastic drinkware.

• Please note the event organisers cannot be held liable or responsible for any damage to vehicles or personal

  possessions whilst attending the event.
  Please note failure to comply with any site rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the event.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions.

(a) No refund except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers.
(b) In the case of cancellation and subsequent request for a refund, please contact us via the event facebook page.

(c) If a refund is applicable, it will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the event.

(d) Please note any Booking Fees or Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances. (e) Please check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

(f) The event organisers are not responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation
