Birdwatching with Ian Waite
12/9/18
A special trip today.
Many birds were seen as migration was apparent as hundreds of Swallows and House Martins were overhead feeding avidly preparing for their long trip South.
A lone Wheatear, another migrant was also spotted along with Chiffchaffs.
Black Hole Marsh held Black-tailed Godwits, Redshank, Greenshank, Dunlin and many Teal.
Brief sightings of Kingfisher and many aerial displays by the Godwits, Redshanks and Curlews impressed.
