Easter success for Seaton Tramway

Easter weekend at Seaton Tramway was a fantastic success seeing the return of our Dinosaur Train™, as well as our brand new Dinosaur Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza! Between 25th & 28th March, our young explorers adventured far and wide to complete Easter activities, and as a reward received a special treat from us.  

Our Dinosaur Train™, running on the 27th & 28th March, transported passengers on a dinosaur themed enclosed tram to the Nature Trackers’ Adventure Area at Colyton Station. Along the way there was lots of music and stories from the hit show, and plenty of wildlife to see as the tram passed through two nature reserves on the Axe Estuary. Buddy, the loveable and curious T-Rex had a wonderful weekend joining in all the fun at Colyton station where there was a Dinosaur Dig, Fossil Excavation site, Dino Footprint Tracking, Dinosaur Activity area with loads of dinosaur exhibits to touch and draw, temporary tattoos and a bouncy castle.

Visitors even experienced a close encounter with real snakes, lizards and other species!

If you didn't get a chance to visit us over the Easter period, don't worry! Our Dinosaur Train™ will be returning again in May.

The Dinosaur Train™ (Tram) is geared toward preschool children aged 2 - 5 years, but the entire family is guaranteed to have a great time!

Departs from Seaton Terminus 1st & 29th May, 24th & 31st July, 29th August and every Sunday in August at 11.00am (further departures may be available).
